Handled with care.
A clear explanation of how this local website uses the information you share.
What we collect
When you register or send a request, this site stores the details you provide, such as your name, email, message, and optional phone number. Passwords are stored as secure hashes. A session cookie keeps you signed in and protects forms.
Who can see it
Authorised site administrators can review requests and member details. Prayer requests and submitted stories are private. Stories are only eligible for public sharing when you explicitly consent, and an administrator reviews and publishes them.
Your choices
Share only the information you are comfortable providing. To request a correction, deletion, or withdrawal of story permission, use the contact form. Avoid including other people’s personal details without their permission.
Local demonstration
This installation stores data in the local MySQL database. Demo accounts, groups, events, and illustrative stories are included for review. The site does not send emails, process donations, or use tracking cookies. The fellowship must confirm its contact details and retention policy before public launch.
